Bosideng’s stocks are traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and its initial public offering was on October 11, 2007.

Bosideng was founded in 1976 and focuses on the development and management of down apparel brand portfolios, including mainly the research, design and development, raw material procurement, outsourcing production and marketing and distribution of branded down apparel products, OEM products, ladieswear and other products.

Bosideng’s fiscal year runs from April 1 to March 31. According to HKEx Listing Rules, Bosideng's interim and annual results should be announced no late than 30 November and 30 June correspondingly every year.
